Authentica provides digital product passport tooling and related services for brands and consumers.

• Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Authentica a license to host, process, and display your content to operate the Service. Authentica and its licensors retain all rights in the Service and its content.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authentica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
